American Solera is a brewery in Tulsa, OK that takes its patrons on a "cosmic flavor voyage." They pride themselves on their unusual takes on common flavors. They don't like to think inside the box.
The DDH Terpy Galaxy brew in particular uses galaxy hops, and the word "terpy" comes from the word "terpene" which is the chemical that makes marijuana taste and smell the way it does. I used the ideas of galaxy and weed as my inspiration for this beer label, using bright and acidic colors in a marbled galaxy pattern with a marijuana leaf as a node to "terpy," I used a more experimental type to go with the feeling of movement and waviness like you might feel after smoking weed or having a few beers.
